A return will only be accepted under the following conditions:

  • You received the wrong product.

  • The product was received in a damaged condition.

How to Request a Return

  • Order ID

  • Bill/Invoice copy

  • Clear images of the received product (showing the issue)

Once our team reviews and verifies the shared information, we will guide you through the return or replacement process.
